Nidhi Agarwal

Nidhi Agarwal explored the market, and during her travels recognised a need for a gifting brand in Hyderabad that excelled in curation, packaging & customisation of the same. As a result, she founded The B Factory in 2012. She started the business after an entrepreneurial struggle on a small scale, and today, she is a supplier of gifts to leading business houses and families and has set up a well-established brand. 

This is not the end; she has been successful in all her projects and is not scared of failure. She looks forward to constant expansion of her business and explores various related fields to expand her business there as well. She has been growing and developing past 2012 as an individual. Her latest venture is a decor design company. She is a quick, active learner with a strong passion towards everything and looks forward to fulfilling the needs of clients truly.

Steering The B Factory towards a more sustainable brand by reusing all the fabric scraps left over from packing gifts and using fresh flowers and upcycled fabric flowers is a small step towards this. The near future looks very exciting as we are developing some upcycled products that can be used in gifting and adopting a zero-waste gifting policy.

She is also a board member of Advocates for Babies in Crisis (ABC) in Hyderabad.
